Most videos render in 3–5 minutes from the moment a new lead enters your pipeline. The URL is written to the contact record automatically when it's ready — no manual action required.

What triggers a video to be created? +

Today, Flarev triggers when a new contact is created in GHL — whether from a form submission, import, or manual entry. Triggers for tag changes and pipeline stage moves are coming in a future update.

How is the video sent to the lead? +

Flarev writes the video URL to a custom field called flarev_video_url on the GHL contact. You then use your existing GHL automation — a workflow, SMS, or email — to send that link to the lead. Flarev creates the video; your workflow delivers it.

What happens if I go over my monthly video limit? +

Overage videos are billed at $0.75 each. You can also buy credit packs in advance: $50 for 75 videos or $100 for 160 videos — credits never expire.

Is my contact data secure? +

Yes. Flarev connects to GHL via official OAuth 2.0. Contact data is used only to generate the personalized script and is never stored beyond what's needed to render the video. All communication uses HTTPS.
