By installing or using Flarev, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before connecting your GoHighLevel account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flarev ("Service"), operated by Flarev ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing the Flarev app or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flarev is a GoHighLevel (GHL) marketplace application that automatically generates personalized AI avatar videos when contacts enter your GHL pipeline. The Service uses:
- Your GHL account data (contact name, email, phone) to personalize video scripts
- OpenAI to generate video scripts
- HeyGen to render AI avatar videos
- Your GHL account to deliver the resulting video URL back to the contact record
Flarev is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel, HeyGen, or OpenAI.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
Access to Flarev requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. Plans and pricing are listed at flarev.io/#pricing.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if payment fails. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Video credits included in your plan expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Pre-purchased credit packs do not expire for 12 months from the purchase date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Flarev only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to contacts who have not opted in
- Generate videos containing false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service
- Use the Service in a manner that violates GoHighLevel's, HeyGen's, or OpenAI's terms of service
- Impersonate any person or entity in generated video scripts
- Exceed usage in ways that degrade service availability for other users
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of contact data through Flarev must comply with applicable privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR (where applicable), and any other regulations governing your jurisdiction and industry. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to process your contacts' personal data through this Service.

6. Third-Party Services
Flarev relies on third-party APIs including GoHighLevel, HeyGen, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, pricing changes, or policy changes by these providers. Service interruptions caused by third-party providers do not entitle you to a refund or credit.
7. Intellectual Property
The Flarev application, its code, design, and documentation are owned by Flarev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the video scripts you create and the contact data you input. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the Service.
Videos rendered through HeyGen are subject to HeyGen's terms regarding avatar usage and content rights.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC VIDEO RENDERING RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAREV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, we will delete your stored agency tokens and job data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
