Flarev is a tool for GoHighLevel agencies. We process contact data on your behalf to generate and deliver personalized videos. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data to anyone.
1. Who We Are
Flarev ("we," "us," or "our") is a software service that connects to your GoHighLevel account to automatically generate and deliver personalized AI videos to your leads. Our contact email is [email protected].
2. What Data We Collect
We collect two categories of data:
Agency account data — collected when you install Flarev via GHL OAuth:

Contact data — received from GHL webhooks when a lead triggers a video:

We do not collect browsing data, analytics, or any data beyond what is required to operate the Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To generate personalized video scripts using contact name and details
- To submit video rendering jobs to HeyGen on your behalf
- To write the completed video URL back into the GHL contact record
- To display job history and usage in your dashboard
- To refresh your GHL access tokens before they expire
- To enforce your plan's video credit limits
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
Flarev passes data to the following third-party services to deliver the Service. Each has its own privacy policy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell data.
5. Data Retention
We retain data as follows:
- Agency tokens and settings — retained while your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.
- Video job records (contact name, script, video URL, status) — retained for 90 days, then automatically archived or deleted.
- Payment records — retained as required by Stripe and applicable financial regulations (typically 7 years).
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including:
- GHL OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest
- All communication between Flarev and third-party APIs uses HTTPS/TLS
- Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach affecting your account.
7. Your Responsibilities as an Agency
You are the data controller for your contacts' personal information. By using Flarev, you represent that:
- Your contacts have opted in to receive communications from you
- You have a lawful basis for processing their personal data
- Your use of Flarev complies with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR (where applicable), and any other regulations governing your jurisdiction
Flarev acts as a data processor on your behalf for contact data received via GHL webhooks.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
The Flarev marketing site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The agency dashboard may use a session cookie solely to maintain your authenticated session. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
10. Children's Privacy
Flarev is a business-to-business service intended for use by marketing agencies and their adult business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
